FoodLab Analysers
Products > FoodLab Analysers >  The FoodLab line of analysers has been developed by the Italian based CDR Mediared Group. FoodLab analysers measure the oxidisation status of edible oils and fats and determine the parameters required to establish whether dairy products, edible mashes, eggs, dried fruit etc. have been produced and preserved correctly. The analysers use a spectrophotometric technique and a series of special reagents on micro-quantities of samples. - OxiTester: Measures Free Fatty Acid (FFA)/ Acidity, peroxide value/ peroxides and polyphenols in vegetable oils such as olive oil, palm oil, avocado oil etc. OxiTester is also able to measure K270 values in virgin olive oil.
- FoodLab: Analysis on milk, egg, tomatoes, vegetable puree, cheese and fats
- FoodLabFat: Measures Free Fatty Acid (FFA)/ Acidity, peroxide value/ peroxides, soaps, P-Anisidine (para-anisidine AnV) in oils and fats
- WineLab: Determines free and total sulfur dioxide, malic acid, lactic acid, alcohol, sugars, pH, wine colour intensity & tonality, value of total polyphenols and anthocyanes. Also measures anthocyane on must
- miniFood: Portable version of the OxiTester and FoodLab
- miniFoodLab: Portable version of the FoodLab analyser
