The CDR FoodLab® performs quality control tests on all types of milk (low fat or full fat, pasteurised or raw milk) with no sample preparation, and dairy products (cheese, mozzarella, ricotta, yoghurt, butter) with minimal sample preparation.
The CDR OxiTester analyses olive oil, avocado oil, palm oil, essential oil etc. in real time to determine the Free Fatty Acid (FFA) concentration, the peroxide value and polyphenols for the subsequent assessment of quality with practical, fast and extremely accurate methods. CDR OxiTester is also able to measure K270 values and can therefore be used to identify the presence of rectified oil that may have been added to virgin olive oil. Comparative Laboratory tests in Italy indicate a high correlation between the principles deployed in the CDR OxiTester and traditional test methods.
Tests on vegetable purees and sauces can me made directly on the production line with the CDR FoodLab®. In 5 minutes you can determine important quality indicators and biological stress indicators:
The CDR FoodLab® is a true testing laboratory. The compact, self contained analyser, uses pre-vialed reagents and sophisticated photometric technology to perform quality control tests on a range of food products.

Beer
The CDR BeerLab® is the latest innovation in beer analysis. It’s precise, fast, and takes the guesswork out of the brewing process! Without specialist skills and with minimal sample pre-processing it’s possible to analyse for parameters such as wort colour and bitterness units through to more complex analysis like free amino nitrogen (FAN) in minutes, in your own brewery, and without using external laboratories.
CDR BeerLab® has been designed specifically for breweries, microbreweries and craft breweries to take the guesswork out of quality control. With the CDR BeerLab® you can analyse a wide group of parameters on beer using only one instrument, more rapidly than traditional methods, more reliably that using human senses, and more economically than engaging external laboratories. The CDR BeerLab® can be used by anyone and no specialist skills are required.
The CDR BeerLab® System

CDR FoodLab® compact analyser is just what you need for the affordable quality control of food and beverage. Simple to use, with no technical knowledge required, and equally suitable for small producers, production lines or laboratories. This photometric analyser uses pre-filled, ready-to-use reagent kits to measure a large range of properties important in food and beverage quality control. The CDR FoodLab® allows you to simultaneously analyse multiple samples and multiple parameters on foods and beverages with the same accuracy and precision as traditional methods. Only micro-quantities of product samples are required for each test, and test results are available in minutes, saving you the expense and time waiting for external laboratory tests.
